PAKSEA provides a forum to address members concerns with relation to Ministry of Textile, Ministry of Commerce ,TDAP, government departments and trade bodies. The Association maintains liaison with Government for protection of the trade interests and works to improve understanding between trade and authorities.

PAKSEA regularly collects and disseminates statistics and other pertinent information of the knitwear and sweater industry to its members.

MINTEX Registration: All members are now required to obtain a S.I.N. (Special Identification Number). This registration is carried out on line and a hard copy is submitted through the Association to MINTEX. PAKSEA provides necessary information and help in getting their member registered online

Certificate of Origin of Country (C.O.O.) is a definite requirement of all manufacturers who exports their products to North America and E.U. countries. PAKSEA provides the facility of issuing and certifying C.O.O. to its members.

Draw Back of Local Taxes Levies: As per the requirement of State Bank of Pakistan, PAKSEA issues (Appendix-II) Certificate for Duty Draw Back on Exports of Value added Textile as per the notification No. 3(1) TID/09-P-I.

Each year, before the Annual Budget, PAKSEA gathers inputs regarding trade and industry from its members and than sends its recommendation to the Ministry of Finance and FBR.

Other than these services, the association is involved in a number of activities that represents the interest of its members
